I am so please with my new Nissan Rogue!  It is spacious and truly enjoyable to drive!  Thank you Patrick Farrow for greeting me at Crown Nissan and making my buying experience seamless.  You provided information I needed and answered all of  my questions. I like that Patrick took the time to listen to what I wanted and assisted me in getting it all done in a very timely manner. Kyle Lamont is any outstanding salesman! He provided such a wonderful experience for us. Kyle was straightforward and transparent with the inventory and pricing of the vehicles at Crown Nissan and other Crown locations. He provided honest and helpful information about the cars we discussed.  It was obvious that he was looking out for our greatest interest by the way he sent us to other locations to compare similar vehicles. Kyle remained friendly from the moment we walked in the door to when we drove off of the lot, displaying terrific customer service, which, to our surprise, made the car buying journey one that we truly enjoyed.

Our Honda Odyssey EX-L w/res got totalled in a recent flood so I had been looking at over 100 car dealerships and lots within 100 mile radius over a 10 day period. Well I found my family's new used Van here. It was our identical van and we got them to work with us on price and added an additional extended warranty on a huge list of parts and the best part it works at any dealership with only $100 deductible. Our salesman Rob and our financing specialist where great. I would defiantly buy here again and I recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Shannon took care of me and my 2016 Nissan Frontier extremely well. Despite the fact that the service dept. desperately needs to be expanded, he was able to get me an appointment within a day or so and handled everything swiftly once I got there. Outstanding. The service dept. personnel are working under some duress due to the large number of customers/cars sold by Crown Nissan so it's understandable that you can't just waltz in there and get service anytime you like. But more capacity would definitely help. That won't hold me back from getting my next truck there in a few months! Great job.

Daniel Jacobs provided excellent service. He was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. When he returned my car, I felt like I was getting into a new ride. They also did a great job getting it clean again. I was very pleased with the work that was completed.
