I had the  best experience buying my Soul here! My sales person (Tony) was knowledgeable about the car and there was no pressure to buy. The finance manager (Wayne) was amazing! He worked to get the payment down to our price point and was helpful getting our credit sorted. I would recommend the to everyone who wants a good buying experience.

The staff at Crown Kia has been fantastic each time and every time I've done business with them . Debrah is energetic and goes above and beyond to ensure that I remain a satisfied customer. I've never felt like just another "sale" and it makes a huge difference in the overall experience. Entire staff is friendly, they get things done when (or before!) they are promised to be and both cars that I've purchased from them have been detailed to meet or even exceed my particularly high standards. Highly highly recommend going through this dealership if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. You won't be disappointed.

Craig Osorio was great! The whole experience at the dealership was very good. Our son was given a coloring book and crayons, my wife and I were given spring water and we got a sweet car at a good price! We were in and out in under 3 hours with a car, that is pretty quick compared to other places.

First service appointment.  I had the pleasure of working with Michael. I was able to get an immediate appointment for a need I had right away.  Michael was so pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. They were able to complete the repair on my car quickly and to my satisfaction. The staff, including the manager, cliff, were all wonderful and kind.  Thank you for a smooth, fast and great first service experience

I am the happy owner of a 2017 Kia Soul and could not be more pleased with the buying experience and the car! Andrew Turner was my sales associate. Andrew was very patient and informative on the deals available to me. It's been a long time since I've been through the buying experience but he had all the answers I needed and provided me with excellent advice. There were no high pressure tactics. Andrew seemed to know what my perfect fit was and I could not be happier. Before leaving the lot he was sure to go through all my cars features with me. Thank you Andrew for a great car buying experience!
