Before going to AutoNation, Honda in Miami Lakes, FL, I talked with Salesman G. Martinez, on the phone and he was very optimistic, advising me to come in. I felt like it might be a waste of time for me, but because of Mr. Martinez being so positive and encouraging, I am now driving my new 2017 Honda CR V (having 13 miles only); the vehicle that I told Mr. Martinez I wanted is exactly what I got. Additionally, with good and doable terms on my financial deal. Thanks to AutoNation, the customer is prioritized and valued, obviously by the professionalism displayed by its personnel,  in particular, Mr. G. Martinez  and G. Urbina. Additionally, they were very knowledgeable, effortlessly answering all questions presented. It was my pleasure doing business with AutoNation.  I appreciate it. Thank you.

Luis Wilson helped us purchase a 2018 ridgeline. He was knowledgeable, polite, and quick. I would easily recommend him to everyone. He found us exactly what we wanted, and gave us good advice for purchasing. We never felt he was pushing a more expensive product then what we needed. Thanks!

We came in for some routine maintenance and had a service contract.  They took care of us promptly even though we did not have an appointment and completed the service the same day.  We look forward to continuing to have our CR-V maintained here due to their good customer service.

Buying my new 2017 CR-V was the greatest and easiest experience when you have an excellent sales rep like Dana who went over and above her duties.  Stan, who delivered my vehicle was very professional and a caring person.  He didn't mind having to work extra time in order for me to have it on time. Thanks and I hope to enjoy my new CR-V.

Honda Auto Nation why you provide such horrible service, I do not recommend this dealer to anyone, My cousin bought a car here, was used and this car had accidents record and this people lie to my cousin clean car fax, how can they do this a person, now he have to sale this car because starting to have issues, they specifically told him this car is clean no accident,I wonder how many people have being lie to the send way as my cousin. 

By all cause avoid Honda of Miami Lakes, hey you can always go to another Honda dealer and I'M pretty sure your experience will be different and positive. I used to recommend Honda of Miami Lakes guest what not anymore. I even know some of sales employees, nothing against then they probably don't know what they selling to the customer. 

I honestly hope Honda of Miami Lakes will change in the future and become a better place to buy a car. You have to take in consideration when you lie to a customer you don't loose one customer,you loose many potential buyers because the negative experience will be told to anyone who ask us about Honda of Miami Lakes.
