Great customer service...kind personnel, very knowledgeable about the cars and very transparent and honest... however, the system of biweekly payment is very rigid and difficult to keep up! Tricky and very expensive loans....publicity does say how it really works, or they don't give what they offer

Benjamin was absolutely the best. He was welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. He made sure he explained everything to me and made sure I understood what I was getting into every step of the way. This will be my first car and I'm absolutely 100% satisfied with this company and the service I received here. I was a bit skeptical at first with this being a used dealership but by the end of the sale I was extremely comfortable in what I was purchasing. I was allowed to make sure every single thing in the car worked before signing anything. 100% happy customer.

Benjamin is an amazing sales person he really shows genuine care about your financial situation and where you want to be in the future. He wasn't pushy or trying to rush me into a sale. Really appreciate his courtesy and informative help. I will definitely be coming back to get another car and send my friends too. Cleveland is awesome! :) thanks guys!
