I was looking for a car that would be both safe and nice. I looked online and I ended calling to Headquarter Toyota. Adrian Garcia helped me over the phone. He listened to my options and gave me his advice. He mention me a variety of cars that were within my budget! Adrian was patient and really helpful! I would definitely recommend him and Headquarter Toyota to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

From beginning to end, the experience was so eloquent and professional. Everyone seemed happy to be at their jobs, and it showed in the way they interacted with customers. Excellent customer service and customer service area was clean and nice. I liked how they had each customers name on the computer and you could see when your job was completed. I dealt with Romel Reyes and he was extremely professional and courteous from the moment I pulled up to the the end of my visit. Kudos to a job well done

My husband and I were in need of a new car. We visited many dealers in the area but by far the best deal was given to us at Headquarter Toyota. Adonis Mendoza Helped us from the moment my husband arrived at the dealer and was able to get us a prize that we could afford. Overall great experience and great people. We Will definitely go back to Adonis Mendoza when in need of a new car. If you need a car, ask for him! You won’t regret it.

I'd been taking my older car there periodically since 2001, and usually I got good service at a reasonable price for a dealer, but Today I drove my auto in for nothing but an oil change. It took them two plus hours to do this, but that's not even the problem.  When the oil change was complete, they returned the vehicle to me and when I tried to turn the vehicle on, the battery was completely dead.  When I went back to the counter, all I heard at first is that the car is old (Vehicle has about 110k miles)...and that there's nothing that can be done.  I got pretty upset, needless to say.  So finally they agreed to give me a jump. Opening the hood, they told me that maybe it was the alternator...and they'd look at it again BUT that I'd have to pay for this?!  I'd already been waiting too long and it didn't sound like an acceptable story to me.  So I took the car to a reliable mechanic that I know and he told me right off the bat, the alternator is fine, but that there is something loose that might be causing a short circuit.  You disappointed me today HQ Toyota.   I also noted for the record, I didn't see any of the old veteran mechanics anymore-saw a bunch of younger guys, maybe they don't have the experience and skill and customer service care like the old veterans used to have?

My experience with the Headquarter Collision Center was EXCELLENT. Great job from everyone there. Congratulations to Geidy Solis for her attention and patience with customers. And thanks to the team for good professional and quick job.
