I went in to look at a car and the woman didn’t bargain at all. I have an excellent credit score and they were only offering 6 percent interest. I left and got a call in the evening and was transferred to the manager for “more options.” The options were no different and when I told him I saw a car similar to the one I viewed with less miles for cheaper, he started to talk negatively about other businesses. Not a good practice to have.

I purchased a vehicle from this location about a 2 month ago and I've never been happier! Even though I came in pretty late in the night, close to 8:30 when they close at 9, they still willingly took me in to find my dream car. I hate making people stay late but everything was explained so eloquently and the way the departments work hand-in-hand to sell me the car made my purchase super quick compared to when I first bought my car from the other dealership. I was on the road with my new car by 9:10! As soon as I walked into CarMax, the manager basically flew to me asking if I needed help and what they can do for me. His name was Jose and very attentive. He "partnered" me with one of his sales consultants Pablo, though his demeanor seems aggressive, he was was kind and greeted me with a smile. When I test drove my car it was almost instantly that I knew I wanted this car. Pablo was very informative and knew what I wanted and how I could possibly afford it. Luckily for me, I had him work everything out for me. After everything was done, I was seated over in the lobby near the business office and minutes into sitting down, I was already called to sign on my deal. The speed in which business flows here is pretty incredible. When I was seated in the office #1, I can see directly into their service drive. I was astonished that the other department had already began working to remove all the stickers, cleaning under the hood, in the doors, vacuuming the carpets and everything. I like that they don't keep hidden what they do to your car while you're in the process of buying. Jamie was the one helping me sign my deal and he was exceptional. He helped understand what I'm signing and why I'm signing it for, very professional, and handled all my documents. Since I was trading in my old car, I wanted to move stuff from the old car to the new one. Of course, CarMax gave me complimentary bags to start packing up and moving! Heading outside, I unload all my stuff from my old car and start placing them in the bags. Not heavy, but not easy either. The guy that was cleaning up my car, David, dropped what he was doing to help me move the heavier stuff. He was the most amiable out of them all and the youngest one too I came to find out. We struck conversation like as if we were neighbors. Super friendly and was smiling the whole. Once everything was moved on over, I asked him if there's anything that could be done for small chips in the paint, and of course, being CarMax, they took care of that too. He grabbed this book that contains color codes for every car and said he'll back in a couple of minutes after identifying what it was. When David came back, he showed me the this white cup with the color and explained that they can mix any specific color according to the make of the car so if a situation like this occurs, they can guarantee to fix the issues. Let me tell you, they train their employees really well because this kid knows his stuff. The paint came out exactly as the car's color and I couldn't even distinguish where the chips used to be. He walked around the car to find anymore chips and took care of all of them. He put the leftover paint into this clear-ish container with a brush on the lid and gave it to me so if I were to get anymore chips, I could do it myself. You'll never find this kind of treatment in another dealership. Should give him a raise too for his awesome customer service. I go back inside and give my thanks, then I find out everything is done and processed. So Jamie walks me outside with Pablo and hands me all my paper work and then they placed this cute yellow ribbon/bow on my new car. If you ever think about buying a used car and want great customer service, go to Miami Lakes' CarMax. I've never been happier with how I, and my car, were treated.

My sales rep. Ms. Sheila was extremely helpful she was able to help me sell my car....no pressure or stress. I was also shopping for a vehicle for my parents and she helped me too. Wow the ease of the process was incredible. Professional and very courteous! Thank you!

I had a great experience at Carmax. My sales rep Armando was extremely courteous and professional. Answered my questions, returned my phone calls. I felt very comfortable buying my car here!

I was not expecting to buy a car that day... even though I needed one. I was encouraged to give it a try and to my surprise CarMax was willing to give me an opportunity while i was still on the rode to fix my credit. I am so very grateful that i have a car at a great price and affordable payments.
