I recently went to get an oil change and check up on my Ford car which I bought at this dealership a couple of years ago and the young man that helped me was very professional and timely. He got me in and out in less than 30 minutes and even called to check on my warranties for other things i may need in the future like tires and wipers. Great customer experience and I have to send a shout out to Alexander Squires who is the young man that helped me! Keep up the good work Ford AutoNation!

ANGEL SILVA is the BEST sales person I've met by far(and I've met a lot of sales guys).My wife and I are really impressed on how polite and receptive he was regarding all our questions and needs. He and Autonation Ford Miami found us the perfect vehicle at a great price. We were looking in other car dealerships and couldn't find a better option. I strongly recommend this dealership and specially Angel Silva.

They are the best! Michael Fernandez from service was nice and helpful with my safety recall issue and Ali from Enterprise was amazing. He worked with me no the deductible from my insurance after having an accident in one of the rentals and he was also very nice. Overall, a very good experience. Next time I purchase a vehicle I will go there and would recommend them.

My car died and I needed to purchase a new car. The Ford Escape was a car I was considering so I contacted them online. William Rodriguez from the local dealership reached out immediately via email. I was able to do most of my transaction online so my time at the dealer to complete the financial aspect was quick. The team was extremely customer centric and overall it was a great experience. Loving my new Escape.

You have the best service Manager. Al tough I had to come back because the first service manager was either new or did not care about my issues with the car. Mr. Ramos had everything corrected the second time around. I will not use any other service Manager Except Mr. Eric Ramos.
