Nothing like my home Noodles in Highland Park. Those guys are awesome, and run a lovely Noodles. 

 This place was astonishingly filthy, and the guy taking our order cut us off midway through and tried to give us the total when only 3/5 of us had ordered. There were very few forks in the fork holder, and most of them were covered with food caked on or sticky because of some liquid that was sitting in the bottom of the holder. The soda machine was filthy, and all of the tables and chairs were covered with food, not to mention the floor. My food came out stone cold, and someone in my group who got the same thing ended up with about half the quantity of food that I did despite ordering the exact same thing. 

Overall, I would say avoid this Noodles, though don't let a negative experience here ruin your opinion of them. Both the noodles over in Highland Park and the one at the U of M are shining examples of how somewhere like Noodles should be run.

The food is horrible, never the right amount of ingredients, barely any sauce, very dry. The manager there is very rude and treats her associates like they are stupid, very rude. Service is just garbage, they need new managers that actually appreciate the customer and doesn't try to correct them, remember the saying the customer is always right. I probably will never go back to this location ever again, I'll drive out of my way to go to another like the Eden prairie location. In my opinion, lost the manager with black hair and promote the lovely cashier with blonde hair, just my opinion though. Also be more clear about the free appetizer, it's called a shareable not appetizer.

Showed a 3 dollar coupon with the scanner. She said she didn't need to scan it. Then she said she had to scan it and the coupon disappears after you close because it was a reward coupon. Then she gave a $2 worth rice crispy instead allowing a $3 worth chicken breast like we asked. All of this with no apology at all. They were off putting and just arrogant to any customer service aspect of the job. Definitely driving the extra 15 minutes to go to any other noodles.

Atmosphere is very comfortable, not to mention that neither the food nor the attitude of the staff have ever dissapointed me out of the many times I have eaten here. A good choice of restaurant if you want to eat something fresh and healthy, yet fast. Worth the price in my opinion.
