This store has screwed my account up in more ways than I could've ever even imagined...I've been patient and nice about it for about a month now and the issues on my account are still not resolved.  I love T-Mobile and all of the people that I've spoken with on the customer care line but the people in this store have NO IDEA what they're doing...seriously, no idea whatsoever.  Don't go to this store.  I'll be heading up to the other T-Mobile store up the street next time...fingers crossed it's better.   Thankfully customer care is helping to resolve the problems this store has created 
 with my account but it's still incredibly frustrating nonetheless.  I'm only giving this store one star because it won't let me post my review at zero stars.

The worst customer service and not knowledaged about there products . I spoke to apple and I was told that t mobile gave wrong information and what's worse dealt with argumentative T-Mobile customer service . Apple customer service was far better . T-Mobile customer sucks here! Get it together ! Get knowledged about your products. Don't give false info and next time listen to customer when they say something is wrong with the phone instead of rushing them out the store . The worst customer service !

The staff here was pretty great. Understanding and not too condescending. But there's a pretty long wait here. At least every time i've stopped here it's been pretty bad. I think that if you have the option to go to a different one, I might. But if you got time to kill, go for it because they take care of you pretty well in there. haha.

Literally the crappiest service because they refused to help us figure out the situation and his attitude was awful.  Driving 20 miles away just to avoid their employees.
