Great store, I was dreading going in so close (2 Days) after Christmas, and the line was really long, but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The employees where like a fine tuned machine while also giving a personalized experience.  I will be back for sure!

I have been out on hold on the phone for 20 min just to be hung up on me. Called again and again waited 10 minutes. In the meantime I drove to store to see how the cashier puts the next poor soul on hold. When confronting him he let the colleague apologize for him. Did not have the decency to do it for himself. " We never know how long it takes to get back" is no way to treat customer. That was the last time I came to this store. All I wanted was to check if something was in stock.
Took 30s to answer that.

Come to this GameStop often and I have never had the service I had today. Alex-store leader was a huge help and so nice never had service like this at this store of any other game stop . Thank you Alex. You deserve a raise

Heh. Annoyingly  know little on products forcing me to pay more 3 fold when they had my product. Cluttered line space so if you wait 10 min, THEY  choose someone walking up.
