I was out of the door when I ran into Mark after Chase called for back up assistance. Good call I was in a pickle I wasn't sure I could get out of..Mark looked out for me. He took his skills back to the Radio shack days. I was truly impressed he got me what I wanted..took an effortless amount of time with me... So excited....He looked out for me like family!!!!👍👌...Thanks Mark and Chase(Johnny Bravo).

Good customer service and pleasant to speak to.  Helped explain the details of upgrading my phone and when I am able to get a new one.  Would recommend coming to this store.  Good staff.
