No pressure from the sales people. They asked what we like and what we wanted. Made suggestions based on what we told them and only when we asked. Did not try and sway us for something pricier than what we were looking at. Awesome experience especially after several trips and near-purchases at other furniture stores. Will definitely shop there again in the future for other items!

The wife and I visited the big name stores and just couldn't find the right furniture.  The moment we walked into Furniture Factory Liquidators, we both saw the perfect Family Room set we'd been waiting for. The salesman was very knowledgeable and informative but not pushy as their business model is no commission. The entire process from start to delivery was flawless. All employees were top notch right down to delivery guys. The price was very reasonable and I feel the set was more quality than most we looked at in other stores. I highly recommend Furniture Factory Liquidators!

After reading some of the reviews, i was skeptical. I must first start by saying Elliot and Courtney are what makes this business doors stay open here.  However, the furniture on the other hand, not so much. Elliot has tried 2 make it right, but 100% idk where this stuff comes from, its all wrinkled looking has little holes from thread not stitched and makes noises like its broke. Some cushions are higher then others and the repair guy uses sharpies 2 color in the holes and thread that didn't match. WHAT??? I just give up!! Would recommend the sales ppl..  but not the furniture.

DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!! (Sterling Height) Spent $1500 plus delivery and set up July  2017 (6months ago) BUNK BED SET for my daughter. On January 9, 2018 1:30 am the bunk bed caved in on my baby girl (lower bunk) friend (top). I’ve spoken with the company (on site store manager/owner)  on several occasions regarding this issue. The company failed to properly secure the bed slacks, one entire side wasn’t drilled in, other had only a few. Causing the slacks to slip off the frame and fall on my daughter. Initially I was only asking for the bed to be replaced at this time I want an entire refund do the leak of care and concern for my daughter wellbeing. This event has caused my daughter (10yr)sleepless nights and bunking with parents. 

Store manager/owner stated “as is” there not responsibie for almost killing or harming my daughter.
