Store is in a great location ,hours are good and the pickup service is big help .  always helping and accommodating, the assistant manager is great  her knowledge and expertise get the line moving. send many customers always came with glowing  reviews.    overall great place

I walked in, was greeted and in a clean brand new car within minutes. The staff there were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating and I would recommend to go to the West Boca Branch to anyone.

I was given a nice new clean car that ran very well. I was treated 
to efficient and courteous service at both locations. Although I 
was treated well at this location, when I returned the car to
the East Boca location the staff was absolutely amazing, as well
as immediately giving me a ride home.
The only complaint that I have is the differential pricing. The pricing
was so much less at an Enterprise location that was 20 minutes 
away, that I rented the car in West Boca because of price, but
returned it to East Boca which was 5 minutes from my residence.
Staff though, was very accommodating in both locations.

Convenient location, smaller selection of cars but that’s expected with the smaller office. Nice and accommodating staff!

Ricardo Cardoso, Gabrielle Jean-Philippe and Christopher are such a fantastic team!   From the moment I walked into enterprise, everyone did not only treat me as a customer. They all treated me as family. They were very patient and knowledgable, helping me to have a stress free and stress relief experience. I would highly recommend anyone that needs to get around that needs transportation to come here! They also offer military rental reduction, which I had greatly appreciated and significantly helped in lowering my rental cost. The other observation I had made was that all of there vehicles are 2017 models and are in prestige condition! Thank you to your team here in West Boca as well as to enterprise!
