booked a car online, went there right away to pick it up. Service was great, stuff friendly, easy to find / access. 
Actually got an awesome upgrade for a mustang. I would rent there again.

I'm an avis preferred member and I've been renting cars almost every other weekend for the last 2 months at this rental agency and I've never had any issue of any sort. Staff is friendly enough and get you the car as quickly as possible. They even fixed discrepancies in my reservations few times. I've only had good experiences so far.

Attendant was helpful and courteous. Was able to tell me a new route to my destination, saving me 30 minutes off my trip.

My experience was as bad as it could be for a rental car company.  I reserved a moving truck 25 days before my move because I knew it would be a busy weekend of people moving (summer, holiday weekend, 1st of the month, etc.).  So what happens?  I show up and the truck I reserved isn't available.  Loads of excuses were available but no truck.  What's worse is that they apparently knew for days they wouldn't have my truck available but they never bothered to let me know with a courtesy email or phone so that I could make other arrangements.  The staff on site didn't care either.  STAY AWAY.

Completely piss poor customer service. Rented a Suburban online via Costco travel. I was dropped off mid day to pick up rental. employee told me no full size SUV available. Tried to get me a Nissan Rogue-no where near the capacity of a suburban. Then she told me I should have received a call from corporate letting me know these were sold out. No apology. No offering to find one and have it delivered. She turned around and started showing the other employee pictures of her cabin!! I was floored. Costco should really think twice about using them to fulfill rental agreements.
