Very worst customer service with zero helping nature. Unable to wait for even 5 minutes to refuel the tank and charged extra. Money minded customer service.

Pathetic experience. Poor service. Un helpful staff. I was assured of pick up service and last moment they ditched. And we reached at location no one was there. We had to wait for more thn a half an hour.

They have the worst service ever and doesn't know how to treat the customers. They just argue and doesn't value customer's opinion.

I rented from the budget website the night before my pickup at 0800. When I arrived my vehicle wasn't ready and I was told by Sergio (who looked like he had just rolled out of bed) "it's your fault for ordering the night before, we don't have cars ready until 1000." Sergio was very short with me and never apologized for the wait. I finally received my rental at 0940. If I wasn't in such need for a rental I would have taken my business elsewhere.
