I owe them an excellent review from my trip earlier this year. Here it goes... Of all my domestic trips, Enterprise might be the only rental chain that I can count on for consistently great customer service. For this trip, I was tempted to go with the nearby Avis, due to a major travel points incentive, but ended up going with Enterprise, which I knew was going to be reliable, as always. Not only did they not disappoint. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule to arrange a pick up. Tina Dao was the agent who helped me when I showed up. Smooth transaction. A couple weeks later after returning my rental, got a email from the senior manager/owner to check in and make sure I had a positive experience. Overall, very impressed with how this particular Enterprise location is run. Their attention to the small details that I observed through all my interactions with them is evident that this location's success is not a fluke.

We were pleasantly surprised with the great car we had. It got great mileage. The Enterprise associate, Tim, was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent from them again.

On a less crowded day the experience is amazing. When the demand for cars is high... You will have a wait time and may not get an upgrade which you normally do.

The staff working at Enterprise were speedy and friendly. We ended up getting a complimentary upgrade to an F150 extended cab (awesome!). 2 things to improve: 1. It's inconvenient to ask for a pick-up through the reservation # and then have to call the local office to ask again. 2. The difference in car classes is not clear and not all staff can explain it. It just makes you feel suspicious that you may not get what you pay for. In my case the staff member was new and said that full size is basically the same as intermediate.So I wondered why I would pay the higher cost of a full-size if I might gen an intermediate....

Excellent service and a great selection of cars. I rented the cheapest model and the person found a great deal on an upgrade to a challenger! Exceptional customer service, would highly recommend !
