TERRIBLE place.  Would love to give it ZERO stars. Do not rent from here. No reflection on Hertz itself, but this particular place SUCKS!! Reserved here because rental was cheap, took 1/2 hr bus ride to get there only to be told there I had to wait for 1 hour because there were no cars available (there was another group waiting as well!) Finally a car came in and during the rental process, I was told I needed a credit, not a debit, card so I couldn't rent the car after all. What a wasted trip! I ended up going to the downtown Seattle Hertz office where my card was accepted, but the rate was much higher since it was last minute. When I told them of my experience at Rainier Ave Hertz, they rolled their eyes--apparently that particular agency has a reputation! Again, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

#1. This is NOT a SEATAC car rental site as avertised. It IS a $30.00 Uber ride from the airport
#2. I had 1 car to “choose” from. 
#2. It had an “flat tire” warning within a mile, I returned to the agency.
#3.  I was told to just add air to the tire, and if the warning came on again I could exchange the car at the nearest Hertz.
#4. I added air, the warning came on again and I had to exchange the car (all during rush hour in Seattle).
#5. I missed my reserved (and last of the day) Port Angeles ferry by 2 hours due to the extra running around. Had to spend an unexpected night (hotel cost) in Port Angeles. 
#6. Neither this agency nor Hertz was willing to make any accommodations for this kerfluffle.  All I asked was to be able to return the car to the airport.  No, that would cost me an extra $400.00.

Horrible experience. Did not have our car, refused to help, had to take it to national level. Every customer there had issues. Even auto sales guy next door made a comment about customers always waiting hours and angry. Hertz you have a lot of work to do my friends.

Worst service ever!  The lady working the counter refused service because I had a temporary license.  She was super nasty to me and the people ahead of me too. She needs some training and doesn't belong in a customer facing position.  Ended up trekking to the airport and things worked out just fine.  Don't waste your time here, head somewhere that knows what they're doing.

Woman at the front desk has horrible customer service skills, was extremely hostile and rude. She refused my credit card that I had used and already paid for my rental online with, along with my ID because it has a hyphenated name on it. In addition, she double charged me, never use this location ever
