I remember renting from Alamo twice. Could not BELIEVE how easy it was, how friendly the people were and how nice the vehicle was. I'm serious, this is a good branch. I'd rent from here is the price is similar to other places. Key takeaway: speed. You are in and out quickly

My latest rental with the Capitol Hill Enterprise was the best rental car experience that I have had, to date. The manager was courteous and quick in providing a check-in and checkout process that was as stress free as possible. The efficiency that they are able to move the vehicles around such a small space is astounding. Would recommend working with them in the future.

Our insurance is providing us a replacememt while our car is being repaired.  Today the manager at this location told me "I will not rent you a car".  This was after we have made 2 reservations, showed up to pick it up and they did not have a car for us.  I made a reservation with their corporate office then when I was arranging pickup the manager told me he did not have a car and he would refuse to provide me a car.  He told me I could go to another location if I wanted, but he would refuse service to me at this location.  I am not sure why he acted or said this, but now i have no desire to work with him or his company.  Horrible representative of this company....but maybe that's the environment they have created.
