I have been using Enterprise at the same location in Sioux Falls for two plus years now.  I rent by the month, every month and I am always very pleased with the great customer service I am shown.  We have had our issues from time to time (doesn't any lengthy relationship) but the staff at Enterprise always steps up to the plate and takes care of the problem.
I thank you and for your continued professionalism and partnership that we  have with you and look forward to continuing my use of Enterprise Rental for my car rental needs: o)

I rented from enterprise before thru the Ford location and always good luck so I decide I do it again so I rented a car at 41st location it was Saturday for a week I got pick up n went into the office and was informed there be a 200 security deposit n they two forms of proof to where I lived n copy of my insurance policy to verify I had some course I came with none of the item n had cash sorry can’t take cash only credit if I cannot show these items you are not getting the car after talking to them back n forth she rented me a car I have never been treated like this before saying I a liar n low life scum off the street so I got the car and turns out I need car for month and went thru it again lose security deposit due to it being a new contract n be absorb into the month rate n I brought car back and I was treated good that time n got some money back due to bring it back few days early n ride home 

It just blow my mind I rented before with no hassle but this time the begin was horrible experience n next time maybe check other options

If you need to rent a car in Sioux Falls please use Enterprise on 41st. Tami Boyle was so fantastic and took care of what I needed in a car. They pick you up and bring you home and really care about getting you the vehicle you need.
