The worse experience I have ever had. They charge you $13 for gas if its not past the full. Also I kept the the car from the 30 -the 2nd.Then you call customer service and all they say is chargers are accurate and will stick. I will not go back here I will continue to go to enterprise or hertz.

I always rent from Avis. No matter where I am. This particular location makes the process so painstaking I would have rather walked to Fort Worth. It seems out of all the rental companies here at GRK, they only employ one person at the desk.
They give debit card users the HARDEST time. Credit checks. Fees. Etc. (Which is normally why I choose Avis) and they make you record your mileage on the way in... like I frikkin work here. Like I didnt jus pay $118.48 for a ECONOMY CAR FOR JUST ONE DAY!!!
This location has terrible policy and practices.

Prepaid for a rental as I usually do, bc I know that the hold they charge is only $100 for prepaid debit card users. Go to pickup, am told I can't rent bc they do not take debit cards anymore. Um hello!! Would have been nice to know that BEFORE my payment! Or how about after in the three emails I received that I reviewed?! I rented while my car was being serviced just last month, and they accepted my debit card. So I missed an imp interview to try and rent through another company that charged my three times what I paid Avis. Good job guys! Lost a customer for sure.

Not only did Avis not have a car despite a confirmed reservation, they were completely unhelpful. They didn't even offer an apology or any advice about how to get a car.

The only kiosk at the airport that does not bother to stay for a delayed plane (at the booth 15minutes late - if they were there, they watched us land). Use Thrifty or Hertz - especially if you are on a late flight
Gave one star so that I could post this - not because they deserved it
