The main manager for Enterprise, Alamo, and National in that branch help me out. I booked a car for a week at Enterprise, went to the counter and the male manager helped me out. Booked a standard car and I had a free upgrade from USAA. Asked the manager and he said "sure". I asked him if I can pick in the lot for a car and he replied "sorry sir, this is the only vehicle (full size hyundai sonata) we have. I said ok, thats fine. Process was quick and I went to go get my car from the rental lot. The car I got smelled and had a sticky steering wheel. I notice an enterprise agent walking around with a bunch of keys and i asked her if there are any other vehicles in the lot. And she replied we have many full size car available for enterprise. She even said that even if they do run out of full size cars they can always get cars from alamo and national. Because according to her, they own all three companies. Bottom line is that I think the manager didnt really want to give me the free upgrade and that he just gave me the car he first got in the key drawer. Returned the car after two days and rented a car in hertz. Better customer service.

I had to be dropped off at Enterprise a lot earlier than my appointment pick up instead of making me wait they helped me out and got me out of the airport.

Do not go to this place if your not from Texas!!!!!!! My husband is from Michigan and in the military, he is stationed in Texas so he still had his Michigan drivers license because he just moved there. He needed to rent a car but they denied him because he didn't have a Texas drivers license!!! So if your ever visiting in this location DO NOT go to Enterprise Rent-A-Car because its only for Texas residence with proof of ID which is ridiculous because tourist are the main clientele that needs car rentals!!!! The dumbest car rental business in the history of the world!!!!!!
