Rented a car for our four day pass. The car was a little Mazda 2. It stunk horribly of cigarette smoke, the outside was filthy, the windows had an oily film all over them and the tires were almost bald. I complained about it was told they would switch me out cars but the car they were going to put me in was no better. After cleaning the car out myself to make it tolerable to drive I was still charged $200 for four days in a small little car with nothing extra. So all in all I would say that it was very over priced for what you get. I should have went to Enterprise. I will never rent from Hertz again.
