I am aware of how enterprise does business and what they are willing to do for good numbers on their matrix...so today bringing my father over to return his vehicle was the last straw. Rented a vehicle at $195 for the week, a $100 deposit was made. Needed the vehicle extended for another week and the female that answered my call extended the rental and said it would only be an additional $61 on top of the $195. I repeated this back to her three times to be sure I heard correctly, and she kept confirming it would only be $61 extra charge. I return the vehicle and the individual who attended the ticket (James Holeman) said the total would be $364, I immediately had to argue this because it did not add up with what I was told over the phone. Obviously they will not be held accountable for the fiction they spread on a He-said-she-said basis, so lying to the customers does not come with consequences to them. Nonetheless, she did not say that the deposit was not going to be given back ($161), he took off 11 dollars because this total went over the limit on my old man’s card but $61 and $161 is a huge difference and him telling me they will look in to it was just a pacifier and not going to be taken seriously. I’ve heard and dated someone who worked for enterprise and was warned about how much of a crook some of their employees can be but this tops the cake. Once I find out who this lady was (will not be difficult) I will push this up higher.

The rental process was really easy and quick... I think the guy that helped me was Matt not really sure but he was very professional... I will definitely visit this location again to rent my next rental...

One of the representative at this location was rude and very unprofessional. She kept raising her voice. I advised her we are both adults and no need to be irritate.  She responded that she was an adult that could pay her bills. To avoid getting in argument I hung up. Will not ever use this location again.
