Flew in for a very limited visit. Even though I had a confirmation email with my reservation number there was no car for me. I was told I was being put on a waiting list, but they had no idea if I'd be getting a car while I was here. It didn't seem as though any problem solving measures were being taken to try and get me a car while I was here. Very disappointing!

We had a long day of flying to get to the Killeen airport. It was the last flight into Killeen for the night and every was tired. When we got to the Hertz counter, the young lady there was all smiles and breath of fresh air. She was fast with the paper work and very polite. The car was ready and in great condition. What more do you want but everything to be perfect. Good job Hertz and the Killeen staff.

$115 for a tank of gas? I cannot believe you charged me $10 a gallon for gas. No one at the counter ever even mentioned refilling the tank when I got the car or turned it in. I called the rental location and they just said read it in the contract. I am sure it probably is in there, but couldn't they have at least told me that at the counter. It is poor customer service to rely on contract terms and conditions to inform your clients about common penalties. I rented a car from enterprise recently and paid a reasonable flat rate for them to refill the tank. This kind of fee really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will not use Hertz in the future.

My service attendant was Chad, and went out his way and then some to make sure everything was taken care of, great attitude and very polite. Best customer service ever. He needs a bonus or promotion.

Had a great experience with Hertz,just wanted to give a shout out to the young lady and gentleman that gave me excellent customer service,sorry I didn't remember your names,but they worked at the Killeen Airport,I just wanted. O say thank you ,you guys were very professional and friendly,I will be back for your services again,Thank You
