This business needs to be closed, so many negative reviews on FB. The manager clearly is utterly useless and cares nothing about customer service. They should call their company Anus because they really stink and they're always number two. My family and I are  military. We're deploying to another country. We we're stranded without a car to take us to the airport because the useless manager refused to wait for 5 minutes after my 4 o'clock reservation. The reservation was the same time this business closes. What company makes reservations the same time they close? Furthermore, what kind of a useless, garbage bag human being can't wait 5 minutes for a family (who called 10 minutes before closing) to say they were on their way? This is why this company will always be #2. I took my business to Enterprise. I got a nice, clean car and I was happy to give them my money after this deplorable experience. If you are military spend your money elsewhere, if you aren't military spend your money elsewhere. This business doesn't respect you or value your business, or anyone else's.

PHYSICALLY and VERBALLY ASSAULTED by the counter employee/manager. Here's what happened: Manager (no other employee there) came out to the counter, told me he had no passenger car for me, and tried getting me to rent a pickup truck. I said corporate assured me they had them at this location today. He grabbed a wad of rental keys and threw them into a drawer, saying they are all truck and minivan keys. I said in a tired tone (not yelling or raising my voice) that customer service and his store needed to get on the same page with availability. I shook my head and said I'm going up the street to the competitor, and that he was being rude, slamming keys into the drawer and patronizing me. He told me I was being a child and demanded I leave. I immediately picked up my bags and went outside into the strip mall sidewalk and took a picture of the store (no pics taken while inside). He then stormed outside, folded his arms and pushed into me (assault), telling me it's illegal to take his picture (it's not illegal), and demanded I delete it. I shook my head and didn't delete it, and walked off to the street. He followed me, snapping pics with his phone literally inches from my face, then told me to come back after 6:00 when he's off work if I had a problem with him. I've filed reports, and action has been initiated against him. Please, don't use them! I ended up renting from their competitor up the street off 149th on Meridian. Far better than this trash.

I've been an Avis Preferred member for several years and used Avis many times per year. I made a reservation with this office,   talked to the office three times during the day, told then I would be there to pick up my rental just before closing. I showed up at 5:55 om (GPS time) as I told them 30 minutes earlier, and the door was locked. Someone was still in the office but would not answer the door. I have an important business trip in the morning and now stuck driving to the airport to find a car. 
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will never rent from this office or Avis again.

This was the worst experience ever if I could give a negative 5 I would.  I called to change reservation time and he stated I had 2 reservations which I was not aware of.  e started harassing me telling me when I booked.  I stated I had received a email about the one but not about the other He continued to go on about how I shouldn't book two or through 3rd party.  I started getting frustrated and he said I raised my voice so he was cancelling all my reservations.  I had to find a last minute reservation and pay a lot more I would never book through them I called asked for manager it turns out he was manager name Jessie.  Don't buy from them!

It's a car rental place, so not much to say.  However, turning in my vehicle was easy, and the one attendant on duty was very friendly.
