Whenever I need to rent a car this is my first go to place. The staff is always friendly and the process is seamless with exception of requiring bills as proof of where you live each time you go in and that is regardless of being a plus member. That part is a little frustrating but other than that I would definitely recommend this location for a car rental.

Worse service ever experienced at Enterprise 
Had set up with phone rep. For insurance covered car was assured everything ready would be at service place & all ready .. 1) not a service shop picked up after 20 min wait 2) at enterprise waited 20mins to speak with enterprise rep at counter 3) nothing on file or did not find 4 ) finally after 45mins and a rude rep. Everything was in computer..5) hour 1/2 later on road .. certainly not customer friendly or anywhere near efficient!!
