Excellent service. I called a few days ahead to reserve a specific vehicle and was given what I had requested. I was offered pick up from the repair shop I was dropping off my own vehicle to. I was given a thorough explanation of optional coverages before I signed paperwork. They allowed me to leave the rental in the parking lot of the repair shop and hand over the keys to shop personnel when my vehicle’s repairs were done.  My experience was seamless and smooth. Thank you Hertz!

They were nice, but they rented me a car with old windshield wipers, so I couldn't even drive it half the time. They basically told me "sorry" and said they change the wipers on every oil change and the car needed maintenance.  Why did you rent me a car that needs maintenance?! They didn't give me any sort of discount and I will never rent from Hertz again. Ever.

Online experience was great.  In store was decent,  employees were pleasant.   But my rental was filthy.

Rented a midsize car about 4 months before we were ready to take a road trip.They advertise a Toyota Corolla or similar.When we went to pick up the car they had a Kia soul for us. I drive a Corolla and the Soul was not as big as my car and had absolutely no truck space,no where to put the luggage.They had other cars we could choose from,but we had to put out more money. We also asked if we could separate the keys that were wired together and they said more than once we can't answer that.We ask what would happen if we do,again they said we can't answer that. I have rented cars before and have never had issues like this.Would not recommend.
