Always an excellent experience at this Enterprise! Friendly helpful people. Usually a great deal can be found so the prices are reasonable. The cars could be cleaner inside and out. But with different people in and out so often that is probably not easy to keep up with. All in all a good smooth no hassle transaction. They have even picked me up on occasions. Find that anywhere else?

I have rented from this branch a couple of times within the last year and this is actually the worst experience i have had. The new team there is misinformed and the manager was unhelpful. she was unmoved when i explained my issue even thought the communication error was due to her own team member. I had to call customer service to get the situation escalated because of a computer error that is out of my control and could have been remedied in store but the manager would not. I was appalled when i came in the branch to return my vehicle and watched her offer exactly what i was asking for tome another customer. The sad part is when i called customer service, they even stated the manager could have done something to help.

Absolutely horrible experience. Louise the store manager was rude and gave me terrible customer service. I booked an economy vehicle, and upon arrival they only had a mid size. Louise would not honor my booking and said he would charge me the mid size rate. Then he proceeded to question me asking why I would even want an economy car! “It’s only a couple dollars cheaper so why get an economy car”he said. In my opinion I should not be questioned about what kind of vehicle I book. That’s my business, not his. I will never rent a car from enterprise ever again. Louise honestly was so rude and made me feel like a dumb person for wanting the car I had booked.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are willing to answer any questions I have had.  I have enjoyed renting from this location for all our trips the last few years.
