I was in town for a few days visiting my parents and really wanted to head up to the mountains to get some good snowboard . After having a not so great experience with Hertz not being able to have a proper vehicle in stock that was an all wheel drive I took a short trip over to enterprise. Everybody at the store location is very friendly and helpful. I was specifically helped by Tarek who had a several vehicles on hand and also matches the price to hertz. I was also assisted by nick who was very helpful And went over everything with me about the car and details of the rental . Overall I will pick enterprise as my go-to car rental agency. The South Tacoma way location is excellent , is above and beyond customer service  and very professional!  Thanks again to everyone at the enterprise location here. Would  definitely highly recommend and I will be coming back again soon.

Wow this location has the best staff. I worked with Rob and Brianna for both rentals they were both efficient and prompt. My first time there but they treated me like a long time returning customer. Definitely recommended this office. I was in and out within 5 mins.

What a joke. The place sucks. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend to anyone

I always rent from this location of Enterprise whenever the need arises when I am visiting my daughter in University Place and have always found them to be an efficient company and the staff to be be very polite. The cars are always clean and there is never a hassle upon their return. To me, they are a much cheaper alternative than picking up and returning a car at SeaTac airport and although they don’t have the “pick any car and go” policy of National Car Rentals, they have a very effective electronic pad system that’s gets you on your way in no time at all.

As a Active Duty service member, I had a wonderful experience renting from them. After returning from my deployment late December, coming home to wonderful customer service. I would definitely recommend Enterprise at this location to anyone. Hands down best customer service and the car was in excellent condition, clean inside and outside!!!! Thank you again for everything!! 
Fyi if you get a deal off of Hotwire or etc, don't use there insurance. Enterprise will not accept third party insurance companies. Either use yours or utilize their excellent insurance policies.
