I made a reservation for a car rental, and was given a confirmation that my car was ready for pick-up. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time. I was asked if I had a reservation, to which I answered yes and provided my reservation number.  I was then told "We don't have any cars."  Um..excuse me?  I made a reservation.."Well we don't have any cars right now."  I told the rep that I had already been charged for the rental, and what was the point of making a reservation if they didn't honor it?  The rep wouldn't even take the time to reverse the charges, saying that I had to call their customer service.  I went down the street to another rental car agency and they provided me with a car.  They were baffled that Avis would confirm a reservation, only to tell me to screw off without providing any compensation or attempting to find me a car that they had promised. 

I will never make a reservation with Avis/Budget again. If they can't honor their reservations, I can't imagine what their process would be like if something were to go wrong with the car. And their customer service stinks.

Avis is awesome and so is Steve.  Steve has always been there for us and and keeps us going to where we need to go.  Professional and friendly to all that come through the door.

Staff Sarah and Jose always been kind and acknowledged us when we arrived.  Got us in and out quickly.  Since then other staff also have been kind and helpful.  Very appreciative for their support.
