Excellent!
Karlie Chavez is an excellent rep. She answered all my questions and is very efficient. She got me in and out in no time while picking up my reservation and return of my rental, which I value very much. My time is important to me! Karlie is definitely an asset to Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Karlie knows the business and if I had to make a recommendation to anyone, I'd say go see Karlie Chavez at the Northgate location!!

The customer service was awesome!! They were friendly and nice. I kept the vehicle a day extra and they still have me the special price... I will be using this office again!

The staff at this location even thru the change of guard has remainder amazing I do rate many things cause I usaly need a few visits before I judge unless horrified my first visit. I use these guys 95% of the time and it is A+ my most recent visit was more proof a mistake was made and you would of never known cause it was as if it never happened I never missed a beat. They are super friendly and not afraid to share their little quarks like nachos with cheese from taco bell(shows they are human) this is a great trait it helps make any situation a good one in the end. See you all soon.

Great and quick service. Didn't have the full size vehicle I reserved so they upgraded me for free.

This is a great rental company. I get the right type of vehicle for different events several times a year. The staff is very helpful and make sure you are satisfied with your experience. I recommend it to anyone.
