I regularly use Enterprise for work and we have a corporate account. They are very customer service oriented and have a great attitude. 

I recently was in a car accident and needed to rent a car while mine was in the shop. I could have found a repair shop near my home but the Enterprise there is no where near as awesome as the West Sacramento office is.

As an example, I accidently turned on the flashers in the rental car and could not figure out how to turn them off. The user guide in the glove box was useless and not correct. I called Enterprise, they immediately got online and viewed the dashboard of the rental car to point out where the flasher button was hid. At no time did they make me feel like my request was stupid or silly.

Additionally, I lot my gate clicker in the car and could not find it. When I turned it in, they helped me find it.

Great job of customer service!

First I had to wait for the one person working in the office while another guy walked away from the counter to sit and seemingly do nothing, didn't even answer the phone while the other person was helping me. Finally we are going over the car (windows are open) and I leave, after closing the windows for an hour, literally to find out it reeks of cigarettes! Call enterprise to be told I may be able exchange it at another location or try to deal with it until the office I got it at opens Monday. And there's nothing the 800 support can do BC it's a local branch.

They are quick so long as you have everything prearranged. I would recommend not going during a lunch break. They do not have the staff to support their customers during this time.
