Our business rents trucks regularly from this location. We always reserve our trucks in advance. Apparently, reserving a truck does not ensure you will actually get one. We were told there wasn't one available yesterday (what about my reservation?) but will definitely have it for you tomorrow morning. Went to retrieve it this morning and was shocked when we were told they didn't have it again. Needless to say, this caused a huge problem for my business needs, but the worst part of this situation is the bad attitude of the staff, the casual disregard for causing us a huge inconvenience, and unbelievably, having the manager hang up on me in the middle of a conversation, after advising me to "call around for another truck other places". This store is run unprofessionally and cannot be trusted to follow through on a reservation for a regular client.

Wonderful experience at this Avis location. The car was well kept, clean and ready when I arrived. The representative that helped me was courteous and walked me through key vehicle features (bluetooth, capless gas tank etc.) After hours drop off was a breeze also. I will without a doubt rent from this location again. No more Enterprise for me!

I am not a satisfied customer.  First when I picked up the car it smelled and was not  clean.  And now they've decided that my reward points certificates will not be honored for the week i had the car.  Like I said, I am NOT a satisfied customer.
