As always, top flight, professional service.  The Enterprise Team on Rt. 10 in East Hanover NJ is always friendly, helpful, and working hard to meet your every need.  I am always completely satisfied.

Booked on-line last week for a 4 day travel. Got there just before they closed and they have one person waiting to be served. After I gave Michael, the service rep. my name he looked at the computer and asked me if I want to get their insurance which I declined. He then proceeded to ask me if I know what will happen if something happens to the car. i promptly said yes. He then asked me my insurance carrier and what is my deductible.I supplied the answer and told him my insurance will take care of everything. He again asked me to tell him exactly how it will be done. I was perplexed, never experienced it before and asked him again what he means? He said go through with me how you understand what will happen if something happens to the car. I started to be upset, but I held on to my temper. To make it short I stammered because of my anger but went through with him how I would pay my deductible and the rest will be taken cared of by the insurance. I got the car, and left. I waited for the receipt which he said will be sent through e-mail. None came, so two days after I returned the car, I stopped by and talked to Michael himself. I told him his service was bad, that what he did was insulting, and condescending. I recalled to him what made me upset. I told him you targeted me because I am a woman, and non-caucasian/african american, and you did it right in front of another customer. You made me look stupid and ignorant. I would have accepted the halfhearted apology he gave but he also added that that is his way of doing business, and he does it to all his customers. I told him you never asked that to the other customer who is male since I was waiting if he will be treated to the same insult that I was just subjected. He thought for a while and said he asked him the same question outside. I was amazed how easy he can lie. The other customer was serviced by another Enterprise representative and he never even talked to him outside. The other customer and I were introduced to our rental cars by different representatives. He is not only arrogant, insolent and pompous, but also a liar. What he did was pure intimidation and bullying. I hope that he is the only one bad apple in Enterprise. If this is how they are trained, the company should revisit the criteria on how to identify customers who can be intimidated. I have rented in other companied and never have the experience. Representatives  explain how their insurance work, and if you say no, they respect it.

I've rented vehicles here many times before and I can say that the prices were always competitive and the service was awesome. Excellent Customer Service skills with cheap prices makes an excellent combination.

Great service! Mike Z was awesome! I was not the easiest customer. He took great care of me . I will only rent from this Enterprise! The Other Guys were great too!
