The selection of available vehicles was a bit small since it was the Friday of Labor Day weekend but we got the type of car we had reserved and the staff were great. They made picking up the car very easy and enjoyable; no issues at all!

So very disappointed with the lack of follow-up post rental for issue resolution. Everything ok if you have standard rental in and out but better hope you have no issues. Lack of follow up and better be ready for "we're not responsible". Staff doesn't check cars for personal effects before rerenting. I was called after renting vehicle to return two strollers left in back of SUV from previous customer. Came back to Madison office same day. They rented my vehicle to different customer with my sunglasses in car (yes I forgot) and still waiting three weeks later for them to be returned from a customer who confirmed they are in their possession. Yet every time I call, "not our responsibility" or "we'll call you back" and the staff of three (spoke to all of them at this point) pretends they are unaware of what happened.

The reps gave exceptional service & found a vehicle even though online service allowed us to reserve a car when the store had no available cars. Next time will call the office to confirm.

I have been renting cars at Enterprise for 7 years. I rent on average 3 times a month. I have rented all over the united states for business and for pleasure. My experiences have all been great in every way. From the reception at the rental office/desk through to the quality and condition of the cars and truck to the drop-off. The professionals are always cheerful, well dressed, knowledgeable courteous and helpful. The rental rates are the best I can find.  I will continue to rent cars only from Enterprise.

We got excellent service from the Madison, NJ store.  The car we reserved was there and ready.  The rep gave us a full and thorough explanation of what we were signing, what our options were, and what we needed to do when we returned the car.  He walked around the car with us to carefully check for damages and encouraged us to take some pictures.  Returning the car was also easy, thorough and professional.
