Everything was great except for there not being an ice/snow scraper in the car. This should be a no brainer for a winter car rental. I had turn on the car and wait 10 minutes for the ice to melt, and use my coat sleeve to brush off about 3 inches of snow. Not cool. It's the little things like this that make a big difference. An employee told me "we can't guarantee a scraper in every car"...sorry but that's not an excuse. Customers shouldn't need to bring their own or else deal with not having one.

Attentive and pleasant employees. They give pick up and drop facitlity that is very helpful. I booked my car online and when reached to pick it up they surprised me with an upgrade. After a week of use I requested for an extesion of one more week which was done with just a call. Later I had to cancel that extension and they did it without any hassle. Wonderful experience.

Had to rent a car for around 55 days and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with this branch of Enterprise. When asked what i wanted to pay on the car i told them just give me the basic rental car + tax charge. I was billed for a damage waiver and personal insurance on the car on top of the original rental charge which was an additional $25 per day on top of the normal $37.50, kind of took for granted what i told them since i was in an accident that day and needed a car asap, but when the bill came i got the unfortunate news of paying a nice $1,000 additional dollars for a double insurance policy on the car essentially. When i called they offered to take the personal insurance and damage waiver on the 2nd 12 days of the 2nd contract i had but would not remove it from the original bill of the first 40 days ( 2 separate contracts since my repairs took around 55 days.). Pretty lousy conflict resolution on Enterprise part, and the employees cant figure out that you don't want to pay double insurance charges on an Altima, pretty lousy experience.
