I use Enterprise, and this location, for my personal and business needs.  The cars have always been great and the people have been friendly and helpful.  The only "knock" is that they can get very busy, particularly at the beginning of summer weekends.  If I'm renting a car to get to a business trip I always build in some extra time.  Pre-registering at the website helps, too.  Overall, Enterprise serves my needs and their prices are very competitive.

This place was very good to me.  I ended up getting my car hit early in the summer and had to get rental cars each week for the last 6 weekends.  Enterprise Maplewood was very diligent about picking me up on time and they were able to get cars that I requested which was very much appreciated.  Special thanks to Arissa, she was amazing.  Additional thanks to Matthew and Steve for always being professional and showing great customer service.  Thank you!  This is the first review I've ever written in life, I highly recommend this place.

Generally, I have found Enterprise to be the most convenient and professional rental service (with the exception of one location in PA). I made the reservation the night before, the car was available as confirmed (via email) in the morning. The rental was new and clean, the Maplewood staff was courteous and efficient, and one of the agents drove me home after I returned the vehicle. The only criticism I have for this location is the physical pick-up and drop-off. The lot is VERY tight and we experienced a bit of a bottleneck by the front doors when we pulled in. Otherwise, I'd use them again and would recommend them.

I want to say how I was treated by one of your employees his name is Steve Antoine  in all my years of renting from you it's around 7years  he is one of the most professional people from your company you should have made him manager it's a pleasure to rent from him any time I have a problem with rental he does his best to fix it  Thank You.
