When I arrived at my pre-scheduled pick-up time, there were no in-service cars available. (I was told the fleet had not yet arrived for that day?!) Because I had just flown in and was scheduled to immediately go from there to see my family, I took literally the only available car on the lot. It was a sub-compact (I had reserved a regular size car) with a filthy back seat (lots of grease marks, some seemingly in the shape of animal paw prints?) and big chips of missing paint.

 The person at the desk when I checked the car out could not refund the difference in price between the full size and sub-compact rental, but directed me to the AVIS 1-800 number. The first person I spoke to on the phone also did not have the authority to do so.  I thought it finally had been resolved, only to discover, when I returned the car, that no refund of the difference was showing on my account.

 Lots of credit to the on-site staff, who all were friendly and professional. But they got zero help from AVIS, and deserve to work for a better employer.  Will never rent from AVIS again.

This was the best  car rental experience for me  what I ever had! Aziz is the manager there and he is a very nice guy who has very high level of integrity and professionalism. He took good care of me and  3 of my friends. We rented 4 cars from him for longer period of time. He did very good customer service during the whole period of renting.  Best customer service and really good driving experience with Downtown Omaha location!  Thank you so much, Aziz!

Great on site staff. Very friendly and professional. The car was ready and perfect. The location is much more convenient and easier to use than the airport location. I will using this location from now on.

I love this location and will be back!! They were genuine and helpful! The telephone customer service, however, was less than helpful, could never tell me why there was such a jump when I extended and never answered my questions... it was easier to call this local branch and the price was NEVER as much as quoted to me from the 800 number! I would give less stars but the staff at the branch made it even harder to do so! Thank you for all your help and kindness!!
