I ordered a vehicle 7 months before the event I needed it for and called the office three days before I was to pick up the van. The manager told me that they over booked the vans and that he could give me another, smaller vehicle in it's place. When I picked up the SUV, the personnel were very willing to remedy the problem as much as possible. However, when I decided to rent again from them for this same event (a year in advanced), I was not given any assurances that this would happen again.

My experience with Enterprise is A+.  The representatives are professional easy to help you and friendly.   My vehicle the Chevy Cruise worked perfectly.   I will continue being their customer.
