After a deer totaled my car my insurance company contacted Enterprise and got me a car that day! After my settlement with insurance company we needed a new car, I was able to drop the rental car off with Enterprise and go right next door to their sales department and bought a newer car, with less miles, more bells and whistles for a lesser payment than I had on the totaled car. They are awesome!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Staff was very willing to help, very courteous, car was clean and ready when I needed it, and hand off after the rental was effortless. Would definitely rent from here again!

Great customer service rented for a 4 day trip had some small issues but the service upon returning was more than appreciated thank you enterprise. A very pleasant experience

So to start off, I made a reservation at the Bellevue location for the cheapest rental they had. My husband went to go pick it up and they were all out of vehicles so the employee graciously called around to the other places to see if they had anything. The guy at the the Bellevue location was awesome no complaints there, we always rent from there as it is where we reside and never have issues until today. Ralston location said they had a vehicle so we drove over there and instantly the guy was a jerk. He was rude about everything, and not helpful at all. We were charged more than double what our online quote was. Overall we were totally unsatisfied with the Ralston location. If you're going to rent a vehicle avoid Ralston and go to Bellevue, its worth it they are always helpful and try to give good deals. We will never go back to the Ralston location.
