I was to stay for work in Omaha, NE for two weeks and needed a good reliable car. Matt and William actually went out of their way to find such a car for me. I was able to effectively work for those two weeks thanks to the wonderful car they chose for me. Thank you Enterprise for always having wonderful people and great car choices that help us while being away from home!

I was given a choice of a couple vehicles, which was nice. The van only had 1000 miles on it and was easy to pick up and drop off. My only complaint was that it too over a week for them to release the deposit on my credit card after the vehicle was returned.

Great Rental Service, easy check out and check in, The service i received was wonderful better than most rental i been too. Use enterprise for the first time they made everything easy for me. For example the SuV they had ready for me was not suitable for a wheelchair carry on, but they up graded it without any extra cost so it can be simple and easy for me to get on the road. Will look for to renting from them again.

I have been calling for 2 days in a row to modify my reservation,no answer ever.. I'm not sure how someone answered when I made my reservation if that's the wrong number? I call another location to tell me that I've been calling the wrong number ( the one posted on every website) and I call the correct number and it doesn't even ring! Automatically sounds busy! How can we ever talk to anyone in regards to a reservation or anything at all!!

Enterprise is my favorite car rental agency. They are always helpful and friendly AND convenient. I love the on the spot rental return process, which is usually done and my receipt in hand before I even unload the car. My only challenge is when I arrive in Omaha after midnight as the direct flight on Alaska Airlines always does. Last time my flight was late and didn't arrive until around 1 AM and their affiliate that is supposed to stay open until the last flight get in had closed as well. I was forced to get a hotel for the remainder of the night until they opened in the AM. They did however reduce my car rental bill by the cost of the hotel room which I greatly appreciated.
