Renting the car was easy enough but when I needed
 To return the car and get a receipt emailed to me that's when it became not only difficult but somewhat unprofessional and the next day the employee who answered the phone was probably the most resistant to service I have ever come across.  This person has no business in a customer service position. He was rude and  simply unwilling to perform basic tasks to facilitate and me getting a receipt. He refused to check with upper management or call another store as well. It should be a pleasure spending money not a task

Single worst car renting experience of my life. When I told them this, they didn’t even ask why. They just said “well we have your car now.”

The staff here is rude, doesn’t care about what your problems, and is unwilling to help customers in any way. They even hung up on me when I was asking them for assistance. Go  somewhere else, anywhere else.

I rented several cars with them and the service was always great, for a very fair price. They even offered me an upgrade to SUV when it was snowing. There’s often a little wait when they bring the car from the parking, but I totally recommend this place.

It was an old basic Mazda 6 with uncomfortable seats. The car's windshield was not clean. The morning reception was not nice and welcoming. Car's front right seat back was fixed and uncomfortable. The price for each gallon of gas is too high ($10) and I had to fill the tank in a very bad traffic jam when I was returning. I didn't feel very comfortable with my trip as I was always stressed to bring the car back as she mentioned in the morning. I will never do that again!
