Best neighborhood ever! The HOA is low and takes care of all maintenance. It's worry free living so you can have more time for the things you enjoy. If you see a house for sale in here it's the best value in the area so I'd buy it. 

The location is awesome because you're in between I-4, and the 4-17. Near great restaurants and organic grocery stores like Fresh Market. Also with the new overpass on 17-92/436 it literally only takes 15min to get to trader joes and all the cool spots in Winter Park.

Legacy Park by Centex Homes, Casselberry, FL.  Poor Quality Homes built in a beautiful community in Casselberry, Fl on Grand Rue Drive.  A drive through the community and you will see how poor the quality is of these homes built during 2006 - 2012.  The Legacy Park Townhomes first phase, has cracked stucco and poor quality paint on the exterior of the homes.  All of the homes in the community have problems with leaking windows and the builder refuses to correct the problem.  You will see tarps draped over exterior windows and rotted wood with the cracked stucco and poorly paint job.  Shame on you Centex / Pulte Homes for making a huge profit and leaving us homeowners stuck with a big bill to pay!! Currently the homeowners of Legacy Park are suing the builder, Centex Homes / Pulte Homes to help recover money lost to correct the problems the builder refuses to fix.  If you buy a home here, You Will Be Sorry.......
