This place is great! Their prices are usually comparable to online retailers and they have tons in stock. I have built my last 3 desktop computers with parts from Micro Center. Their staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products.

I also found a good deal on a laptop. They offered a laptop with a good processor, great graphics card, and without touchscreen/tablet option. What I wanted was $500 cheaper than the Best Buy alternative because it didn't include the features I didn't want.

The sales people are knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They offer competitive value and do price matching with online vendors when they can: if not, they're honest about it and will advise accordingly.  Their customer service people are good and they don't talk down to you if you're not technical.  Their returns/exchanges policies are generous and liberal: they'd rather keep your business than lose it over a single defective item.  

However, they do push the extended service plans a little hard on check-out, but I don't begrudge them trying to make a little more on a sale that's already a good value.

I LOVE this store! I have NEVER had a bad experience here, but I thoroughly enjoy every visit just browsing and checking out what's new. My last two purchases were more 'on-the-fly' however, and I decided to order online for a quick in-store pick up. Quick and easy doesn't do that service enough justice! I was literally in, out & back on the road in less than 15 minutes on both occasions! One of my few reasons I actually intend to go to Kansas for and not regret ever crossing the state line!

If you are lucky enough to have a local Micro Center then you already know how good they are. Knowledgeable staff. No pressure sales or up selling. Price matching. Awesome selection.

This place is like a candy store for adult techies! I could spend hours at this store. Aisles are well-marked and displays have the pricing clearly visible. From TVs to tablets to PCs; this place has it all. And there's a helpful sales person around every corner to help you find exactly what you need.
