I've had the privilege of working with the Elevated Electronic management and field technicians. What separates Elevated Electronics is their very high standards. This is reflected in their craftsmanship, as well as how they are always willing to help, even when the situation doesn't involve them. A recent example of this is when I was installing a high end 3x3 video wall. Though this wasn't their install, they were happy to help answer a few questions and relieved some concerns.

Awful. Contacted them about a year ago to process a remote for me and was given a quote. Actually, that's not quite true, I contacted them multiple times and was always told someone would call me back but nobody ever did. Finally got the guy to give me a quote and set up an appointment. The system was set up incorrectly and does not work. Then they disappeared and I heard nothing for months. I thought they'd gone out of business. I received no invoice or bill of any kind until I got a call one evening months later demanding double what I was quoted. I told her that my remote was programmed incorrectly and she didn't care, she just wanted the money. Avoid, get literally anyone else.
