I had such a great experience at this Best Buy. The Camera section is great with so many models that aren't at the other Best Buy stores. Also the staff that works in that department are very knowledgeable.

I purchased a camera there and wasn't quite satisfied with it. I wanted to exchange for another one. The exchange process was simple and the managers really helped me out and didn't charge me the insane 15% restocking fee, saving me $500! I will continue to use this specific store for all of my camera purchases in the future!

Recently used this store to purchase a new printer.  Had researched several replacements for my 4 year old printer which had stopped printing because of an error message which seemed simple but wasn't easily fixable.  Had researched a number of options and priced them at various other places.  Because I had reward points decided to visit the store and check them out in person.  The selection was great and included most of what I thought I was interested in from my web research.  The staff was very helpful - answered my questions and offered personal opinions and recommendations when asked.  Purchased an HP Office Jet Pro for my home and small business use.  Have only had it active for a couple of days but I so far I love it and am really thankful for the help and support received from the store.  Thank You Best Buy Staff for a positive experience.

I went to BestBuy to purchase a tablet computer and to scope out a
 home entertainment system. The service persons in each area of the store were very knowledgeable, Pleasant, helpful, and put on no particular pressure to buy anything. They seem to give a very honest evaluation of the different products and did not try to steer me in any given Direction. That said, they did offer tips and information about all the products we discussed, enough so that I purchased the entertainment system and the tablet. I could not have been more satisfied!

Great selection of electronics, whether thou need computers, video games, phones, or appliances. The equipment in the Magnolia Room is top notch and the service is too. They were knowledgeable about a variety of manufacturers and had some good suggestions. Check out the open boxes deals for even more savings, i had had plenty of luck with these including my TV and microwave.

I would normally give them a zero but the nice man I asked help from did find a fan for me at a discount and I appreciated that very much. I give it only 3 stars because most of the people at best buy are too pushy in sales and when you're just wandering around they never ever ask if you need help. They just wait till you have to chase them down to get help from them. Otherwise they are nice.
