Big building. Lots of technology. Requires large sums of money to properly enjoy. Home theater has soft chairs to sit in. I stepped in gum. Planet fitness gives free tours. 10 minute tours. Anyway the store smells nice. Will return when I can buy things. 4/5 stars.

Sometimes it's nice to be able to touch or see what you are looking to buy. Best Buy seems to have competitive pricing and it's nice to know that if there is a problem with a item I purchase (in my case a defective gaming keyboard) I can bring it back and exchange it rather than waiting days for a new item to arrive and packing up the defective item for shipping. Staff were friendly and helpful at this Best Buy location.

Just bought a new Samsung 75" TV and new Hewitt Packard Computer for my home.  The purchase went smoothly and professionally, the geek team set it all up at my home and it's amazing.  I couldn't be happier with how it all went & would highly recommend Best Buy to anyone.  I got the 5 year warranty and was very happy with the men & women who helped me set it all up in my home.  I am really enjoying my new purchases and with a large investment like this, you want a professional, knowledgeable team to help and that's exactly what I got.  Great Job to Best Buy in Overland Park, KS --- I also want to thank my salesman, WILL, in the TV dept who spent most the morning answering all my questions and showing me all the many TV choices.  He was wonderful, fun and very knowledgeable.  I'd buy from him again every time, he was wonderful. With electronics I expect some little problems, because that is usual. There were a couple of problems, but BEST BUY worked with me to correct things, make it right and find the problems quickly. I was extremely helpful but in this work of electronics, you can't expect perfect!   I got almost perfect though!!!  I'm very thrilled and happy with my purchases & I would buy there again in a heart beat!!  65 year old single woman, who just retired and Best Buy is helping me enjoy my retirement to the fullest..Thanks again, Best Buy, you made my dreams come true.  P.S.  My computer purchase was an open box, which also saved me several hundred dollars!!!

If you want to buy at a store that gives you hands-on before purchasing electronics and appliances, this is a good place to do it. Catch a sale and you can beat online prices for the same items too. Best Buy price-matches competitors too.

Best Buy has gone downhill.  Took 3 days to get a dryer scheduled for delivery. This is after Geek Squad tried for 3 weeks to fix a nearly new dryer. Done with Best Buy.
