The Back and Neck Institute is the Real Deal. The staff is caring, professional, and proficient. As a veteran suffering from back and shoulder pain for three decades, suffering from Degenerative Disk Disease, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied after my first visit. Now, I am pain free most days and my pain is maximally manageable on others. Please don't misunderstand me, this is not a denunciation of the Veterans Health Care System. Instead, this is confirmation of both the practice and procedure at the Back and Neck Institute. I had given up on Physical Therapy and was reluctant when referred by my Primary Care Physician. My faith in the effectiveness of Physical Therapy has been restored by the dedicated and competent staff at the Back and Neck Institute. My quality of life has been enhanced and I look forward to each visit.

I have been with the Back & Neck Institute at the Front Desk for 13 years. I absolutely love my job and my Patients! Not only am I a patient but my 3 kids are patients and I recommend all my family and friends! We will go out of our way to make sure you get the best care needed! We have a great Chiropractor, Medical and Physical Therapy staff that will work together in helping you get back to your normal routine!!

The staff is Awesome! So friendly and nice!! Dr Joe is the best! I feel like they genuinely care about me & how I am feeling. I had never been to a chiropractor before getting into my accident. I didn't know what to expect. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. If I missed an appointment, they called me because they were concerned more about me than they cared about a missed appointment - at least that's how I felt - "Are you okay?" was the first thing I was asked! I wish I had never got hurt in the accident but this entire office makes me look forward to my appointments. I highly recommend The Back and Neck Institute and the great staff. ❤
