Fantastic Service and Selection! I am so happy to have found this place a little while back, because I used to shop at another raw pet food store in Burlington, and the service was terrible. At Back to the Bone, they are always friendly, and always helpful and ready and willing to answer any questions. They have a good selection of raw food and treats. I only wish they were open longer hours, as I have moved away from Burlington, and can't get to the store in time sometimes. But!! Their service is so good that I make the trip to shop there when I'm driving through Burlington to get home and/or to visit family. Please keep up the good customer service, it makes a huge difference in sales. That is Business 101. Unfortunately, some businesses don't understand that and they lose profit, as they should. But Back to the Bone is great!

My dog has suffered from skin issues practically since the day we have had him. After 3 years of following instructions from our vet, switching his food more times than we can count, medications, needles, medicated shampoos and so on, I made the switch to raw food. I decided to go to back to the bone because I know a few people that have shopped here and I was not disapointed. I am always greeted warmly by the staff or the owner, I have been given many recommendations for inexpensive home remedies by the staff that would in no way, financially benefit the company. I feel they all really care about the well being of their client's pets. Leon is now on the road to having healthy skin and I have seen great improvements so far using the advice from the well educated staff at back to the bone. Fav product: the lavender soap bar! Thanks for being awesome!

Prior to becoming employed at this amazing establishment, I visited a few times with my dog to visit their aunt, Steph. All the staff members and owners always made me feel so welcome coming in and made me feel at home. The store truly excels in their customer service, you will never see anyone there without a smile on their face. The staff is all very knowledgeable and truly have your dog's best interest in mind and in heart. I now have the opportunity to work alongside this amazing team and learn all there is to know about proper nutrition for dogs and cats and am loving every minute of it. Thanks guys!

I went to Back To The Bone for the first time last week wanting to learn more about raw food and how to switch both my cat and my dog onto a raw diet. I had a lot of questions, and based on their website and other reviews I had read, this seemed like a great store to start with - and I was right! Steph was the employee who helped me with everything and she was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions (she was patient too as I had lots of questions and ended up spending nearly an hour there talking to her!) She gave me all the tools to get started and got rid of any doubt I had about switching them both to raw. Despite the fact that I live over 30 minutes away, this will definitely be my go-to pet food store from now on. Not just based on the food and treat selection (which is huge), but because of the amazing customer service and wonderful atmosphere. Thanks again Back To The Bone!
