Trying to order an Andis Pro Clip 5 speed dog trimmer, trying to purchase at my local petsmart. Not available locally, so called St Catharines store hoping they could help locate one. Ship to local store for pick up. Nope, they don't have access to other store inventories to assist? How odd! Pet Smart dot com, said it would ship to local store or deliver to my door, but not in Canada...terrible service. Guess I'm ordering from Amazon, shame on you, PetSmart!!!

I have been very happy with PetSmart until now. I always buy my canned cat food by the case. The plastic covering has now been removed, which means I also need to ask for one of your bags or the cans would spill out all over in my car. Removal of the covering is a new policy I am told, but a very bad one. I might look elsewhere for my cat food where I can buy an intact case.
Please advise why removal of ALL the covering is necessary , surely you can leave some cases intact with cover.

Worst customer service at the 835 Eglinton Ave E location. Cashier rude and incompetent and the night manager lack customer service skills. Cashier Janet initially completed my cash transaction and I also had an online order to pick up which she told me to wait while she attended to the next customer, which made no sense to me. I waited for about 5 mins for the her and the next customer trying to figure out why her credit card was declined. I asked for cashier to get someone else to help me, which she rudely told me to wait and that I have no choice. Night manager Steward was no better help as he claimed I was being rude to his cashier. I argued she should have completed my transaction as it was a very simple pick up order then to order me to wait around to watch her trying to fix a declined credit card for 5 mins. This was a waste of my valuable time. This was a perfect example of extreme poor customer service at this Petsmart location. Other locations have much better trained staff.
